Operations Manager

PT Micro Business Solutions

A newly formed social enterprise whose mission is to empower the poor. Creates "business-in-the-box" solutions that can be franchised to low-income micro-entrepreneurs. Works together with and is supported by Grameen Foundation USA

Duties and Responsibility
- Ensure the profitability of Micro Franchise operators
- Manage the daily operations of PT MBS
- Ensure the operating expense as well as revenue targets are being achieved
- Reach the deployment targets of new micro franchises according to plan/budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Micro Finance Institutions throughout Indonesia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with product suppliers
- Tracking deployments, inventory and processes in the field
- Create training materials for micro franchisees
- Ensure highest quality of customer service to the micro franchisees
- Ensure the timely reporting to all stakeholders
- Refine and ensure continuous improvement of the business process within PT MBS
- Provide role model for leadership, integrity, pro-active, can-do attitude and innovation within PT MBS
- Liaise with Grameen Foundation officers
- Build SOP for the PT MBS

Selection Criteria
- Bachelor degree required (S1)
- Proven Managerial experience
- Proven experience in operational improvement and financial reporting
- Understand Micro Finance and have strong relationship with Micro Finance Institution is preferred
- Understand franchising business is preferred
- Computer literacy is a must
- English proficiency is a must
