Area Sales Executive
(Malang, Bandung, Makassar, Manado)

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve new subscriber and sales targets in their respective areas.
  • Building close business rapport with Main Distributors and retailers to implement company’s sales & distribution strategy through the retail sales channel.
  • Sales Administration – preparation of reports, monitoring retailers’ performance, prepare and verify Retailers’ sales Commission & Direct Sales Executives (DSE) commission, expense claims, and monitoring DSE performance.
  • Responsible for proper distribution display of POS Materials & execution of Promotion Activity.
  • Responsible for the implementation, monitoring and payment of incentive schemes.
  • Sales Force Management – provide on the job training, motivation and management to the sales force.

Requirements:

  • Female, age between 27-35 years old.
  • Hold Diploma degree, university degree is preferred.
  • Minimal 3 years experience in sales field.
  • Experience in managing distributor sales force.
  • Sales background from FMCG, Telecommunication or Direct Sales companies.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Good public relation skill and have a pleasant appearance.
  • Good negotiation, planning and organizing skills.
  • Working knowledge and use of MS Office.
  • Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
