Call Center Operational Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:

  • Manages day to day activities within the call center operation develops, implements, and audits policies and procedures related to the flow of information and systems used within the operation
  • Plays a lead role in the support team
  • Ability to demonstrate and articulate creative thinking and a willingness to implement new approaches
  • Ability to design/generate and implement systems necessary to collect, maintain, and analyze data
  • Ability to review, analyze, interpret reports and performance statistics
  • Able to communicate directly and well with both internal and external clients and management
  • Strong planning, time management and organizational skills
  • Forecast scheduling needs to meet daily service levels
  • Knowledge of reporting methodology, principles and procedures
  • Reporting, staffing and scheduling
  • Establish standards of performance for the staff to achieve performance standards
  • Responsible for departmental budget
  • Real time productivity management, account service level
  • Completion of required supporting documentation for Payroll processing, client reports, and internal reports
  • Support marketing and sales activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum S1 in any discipline from reputable University with GPA min. 3.00 in the scale of 4
  • Have COPC Certified
  • Min. 5 years experiences in call center
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Skill in the use of computer and related software, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent leadership and having strong managerial skill
  • Customer oriented
  • Able to establish and maintain good relations with co-workers and department heads
  • Able to work comfortably with and assist a wide range of individuals in a variety of situations
  • Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and maturity
  • Willing to work in long hours
