Responsibilities:
- - Provide leadership and assistant in driving organizational improvement and development through the implementation of best HR practices
- - Ensuring efficient coordination and team performance in accordance with the strategic plan
- - Develop, implement, review, improve and monitor HR Standard Operating Procedure applicable to company operations in all works areas
- - Liaison with the government authorities and other external related parties
- - Represent the interest of the HR Departement in strategic planning
- - Ensuring company compliance to regulations on HR policies
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Presentation Skills, excellent leadership, strong interpersonal Skills.
- Preferred skill(s): Computer literacy, Goverment labor law.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Organizational Development/Change Management.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
