HR MANAGER
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and controlling: Organization Development, Manpower Planning, People Development, Recruitment and Selection Process, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, Personnel Administration, Industrial Relation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree. Preferably a Master Degree in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 (two) years experiences in the same field.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill.
• Good computer literature and SAP Application.
• Good self motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization.
• Good command of English language both orally and in writing.
• Committed to customer, driving for best result, strive for quality, practice ethical leadership, committed to the organizational ethics, and committed to learning.
