* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, min 1-2 years experience.
* Strong knowledge in MySQL/SQL Server, PHP, Visual Basic/.Net.
* Understand Clipper / FoxPro / Visual FoxPro.
* Experience in SMS Server programming is an advantage.
