IT Quality Assurance Head
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA/QC for IT development
• Lead/Coordinate QA/QC functions at IT

Requirements:

• Minimum S1 in Information Technology/business management from reputable University
• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in banking industry, preferably last position is the similar position
• Having experience in Banking or Finance industry
• Having skills in System Development Life Cycle and Understand in Banking
• Understand banking operational and banking system/application
• Interest with challenge and good in stress management
• Eager to learn and creative
• Good in leadership, communication skills and negotiation skills
• High achievement oriented
• Proficient in oral and written English
