• Hold S1 Degree
• Male/Female
• Must have a good understanding of Indonesian Labour Law
• Must have excellent capability in computer
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication skill and leadership skills
• Excellent to establish priorities, and encourage team working and selfless, organized efforts
• Good command of written & spoken both English
