PROCESS & QUALITY SPECIALIST
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• To complete process mapping, re-engineering, and recommending revised processes, quality improvements, and IT-based solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• May also be involved in ISO certification process and other quality initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (S1) degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in process mapping, consulting, or similar experience.
• Proven skills in process mapping and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
• Ability to understand an activity, gathers information, analyze the information, and report results.
• Demonstrated ability to persuade market and sell new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal verbal and written communications skill.
• Effective coordinate and listening skills.
• Good self-motivation, strong analytical thinking and able to work as a team and strong organization.
• Good command of English language both orally and in writing.
• Committed to customer, driving for best result, strive for quality, practice ethical leadership, committed to the organizational ethics, and committed to learning.
