Quantity Surveyor

We invite highly qualified and energetic professionals to fill the following positions:

Quantity Surveyor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

• Review cost of material.
• Preparing tender, review contract and making report about all aspect of tender.
• Making cashflow budget monthly.
• Review RAB & RKS.
• Monitoring quality of work from Contractor & Supplier.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Negotiation Skill, Analytical Thinking.
• Preferred skill(s): Komputer.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position as QS Officer at High Rise Building Project.
• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 2 Contract positions available.
• Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Hardworker, honest, accurate, precise, able to work under pressure.
