Quantity Surveyor
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Review cost of material.
* Preparing tender, review contract and making report about all aspect of tender.
* Making cashflow budget monthly.
* Review RAB & RKS.
* Monitoring quality of work from Contractor & Supplier.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Architecture or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Negotiation Skill, Analytical Thinking.
* Preferred skill(s): Komputer.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position as QS Officer at High Rise Building Project.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
* 2 Contract positions available.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Hardworker, honest, accurate, precise, able to work under pressure.
