Telebanking Officer (TBO)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary frontline liaison with customers.
• Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
• Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
• Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Assist customers in their financial planning.
• Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior bank experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; Overseas University will be considered
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
• Have at least 1 year experience in Banking and Call Centre
• Have an excellent both verbal and written English and Indonesia
• Strong interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
• Has strong passionate in sales and service oriented
• Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
• Ability to build and maintain business networks effectively
• Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
• High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Self-driven, eager to learn and a strong need for achievement
