Responsibilities:
- To handle all secretarial jobs and ensure that all administration works are executed efficiently
- Handle incoming call from prospect clients & partners
- Capable to manage in/outgoing letters,, files, filling documents, able to perform multitask
- Prepare regular reports, gathering and summarizing data including information updates from every department
Requirements:
- Female, Single below 28 years old
- Having more than 1 year experience at the same field
- Fluently in English both oral and written is a must
- Hold Diploma/ Bachelors degree in Business Management, Secretarial Studies or related field of study with GPA min 3.00 (Preferable from Tarakanita and St. Mary)
- Computer literate, able to operate internet and some Windows application such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point & other related program
- Smart, highly motivated, good initiative, able to work indenpendently & a tea, good communication skill, hard worker and willing to work overtime.
