Requirements:

• Reviewing all agreement/contract related.
• Supporting all department in terms of legal matters.
• Prepare & arrange the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS).
• Having an understanding in labor law and related HR issues.
• Having experience in litigation cases.
