• S1 or university graduate - Experiences min 5 year as Project Manager Leader or Project Manager
• Able to make Project Management Plan
• Able to organize and delegate duties
• Able to guide clients
• Able to control productivity of team members
• Able to establish relation between team and counterpart
• Able to make Project Progress Report continuously
• Able to manage Project Cost
• Having good communication and presentation skill
• Having PM certification is an advantage
• Having managerial position is an advantage
